Sometimes it takes me awhile to actually like something or someone. It seems like I need to convince myself before I commit into something.
However, once I do, I devote my life each day towards perfecting that craft.
Just like any activity, it took me awhile to notice that I have been neglecting my well being. I haven't given thought on what I eat, dress and my entire lifestyle because I always thought that it's your ability to think and carry yourself in a conversation that only count.
However, I've recently learned that having a healthy lifestyle actually improve many other aspects of one's life.
That's when my obsession to food arts and pilates started.
I will be documenting my progress in this blog with the hopes of inspiring others to not only wish to improve their lives - but also so something about it.
Remember: you don't have to be great to start. But, you have to start to be great.
